Frequently Asked Questions
CLASS DELIVERY METHOD F.A.Q.
WILL CLASSES BE ONLINE OR OFFLINE?
There is no way for us to answer this question except for "it depends". HUFS has a detailed three-tiered plan that describes when/which classes can meet given the current COVID-19 conditions in Korea. This plan is based on government guidelines from the Ministry of Education as well as the KCDC. Thus, since we cannot know future conditions, all we can really tell you is "it depends".

Please note, this plan is subject to change (depending on when you are viewing it) - please refer to the date on the file to determine if it is recent or not.
HOW DO I ACCESS CLASSES ONLINE?
These are, at a minimum, going to show up in HUFS' E-Class System . However, individual instructors may use other platforms and/or tools to conduct their classes. You will get this information in E-Class, or the instructor will email you directly with instructions.
ARE ONLINE CLASSES SYNCHRONOUS OR ASYNCHRONOUS?
It depends on the individual instructor of the class. However, many of the "asynchronous" classes require you to login to E-Class (or the platform/tool chosen by the instructor) to participate in some virtual activities (such as watching a lecture) at the same time the class is scheduled to meet on campus as a form of attendance.
