Globee Dorm Rate

HUFS directly manages Globee Dorm and the International Houses, while a management agency takes care of Global Hall. Payment for HUFS-managed dormitories is done the first week of the semester by wire transfer to HUFS, whereas Global Hall requires payment by wire transfer about 4-6 weeks prior to the start of the semester. All fees shown here include security deposit amounts.

Curfew System

Weekday (Mon-Thurs.) Curfew: Midnight (12:00 am)

- Overnight stays (outside of the dorm) must be reported to the dorm office in person before 10:00 pm.
- Failure to do so will result in 10 penalty points.

Weekend/Holiday Curfew (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): 12:00 am

- Overnight stays (outside of the dorm) must be reported to the dorm office in person before 10:00 pm.
- Failure to do so will result in 10 penalty points.

Penalty Point System

- If you receive more than 20 penalty points, you will be expelled from the dorm.

Things that are NOT permitted in the dorm

- Unreported overnight stays outside of the dorm
- Acts of violence, theft, gambling
- Excessive noise and other disruptive behavior
- Abusive or harassing behaviors
- Drinking alcohol, partying
- Wearing shoes in your room
- Cooking
- You cannot go to the opposite gender’s floors. Having members of the opposite gender in your room will result in immediate expulsion.
